    The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Bridgwater. I loved the helpful and friendly staff. The room was spacious and had a nice warm vibe, perfect for chilling after a long day. The stairs were quite steep and tough to navigate with luggage. I also encountered issues with the hot water, disappointing. The carpet in the room had several noticeable stains that could use some attention. A good place but definitely needs some cleanliness improvements.
